CONDIZIONI GENERALI:

1 . PUNTO D’INCONTRO

Presentarsi al punto d’incontro della Florence Tours 15 minuti prima della partenza.

In caso di no show il rimborso non è concesso.

2. PRENOTAZIONI E POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE TRAMITE IL NOSTRO SITO WEB

È possibile prenotare tramite il nostro sito florencetours.work/

Per i pagamenti online l’intero importo sarà addebitato al momento della prenotazione. È inoltre possibile cancellare i servizi prenotati online gratuitamente entro 24 ore prima del tour.

Se i servizi verranno cancellati entro 24 ore prima del tour verrà restituito l’intero importo.

3. CANCELLAZIONE AD OPERA DEL TOUR OPERATOR:

Nel caso in cui, per qualsiasi motivo, FlorenceTours annulli il tour il cliente ha il diritto di richiedere il rimborso della somma pagata.

In caso di forza maggiore (condizioni meteorologiche, sciopero personale musei, variazioni orari di musei, chiese ecc.) FlorenceTours può modificare l'itinerario con servizi alternativi.

4. I PARTECIPANTI

Devono presentare un documento valido di identificazione.

I bambini con età inferiore ai 14 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto.

NEL CASO SPECIFICO DI “CULTURA IN COMPAGNIA”

In caso di cancellazione del tour prima di 24 ore, verrà consegnato un voucher da utilizzare per un’altra esperienza in qualsiasi momento possibile da prenotare.
