TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. MEETING POINT

Please arrive at the Florence Tours, via Cavour 21R meeting point 15 minutes before departure.

2. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

It is possible to book through our website florencetours.work/

For online payments the partial or full amount will be charged at the time of booking. It is also possible to cancel the services booked online for free up to 24 hours before the tour, except the museums and the day trips.

3. CANCELLATION BY THE TOUR OPERATOR

In the event that, for any reason, Florence Tours cancels the tour, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid.

In case of force majeure (weather conditions, museum staff strike, time changes of museums, churches, etc.) Florence Tours can change with alternative services.

4. THE PARTICIPANTS

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment can be made online via the website or on-site, via link , via Revolut , where applicable.

  • Any extra services (e.g., private tours, bike rentals, special requests) will be charged separately.

6. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • No refunds are available for missed tours or late arrivals.

  • Tickets for museums, events, or third-party services may have different refund rules.

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  • Florence Tours is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal belongings.

  • All tours are conducted in accordance with local safety regulations.

8. BEHAVIOR AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

  • Florence Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior endangers the group or disrupts the tour.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

9. PHOTO AND VIDEO

  • Florence Tours may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes.

  • By joining the tour, participants consent to the use of their images unless otherwise requested.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Personal data collected during booking is used solely for tour organization and not shared with third parties.

  • We comply with EU GDPR regulations regarding data protection.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Florence Tours is not responsible for events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, road closures, or museum closures.

  • Alternative tours or services will be offered where possible.
