We offer you a day trip to see Montalcino countryside where you will visit a local winery to experience the flavor of Brunello and other genuine products, Pienza and Val d’Orcia.
Starting from Florence city, we will get to Montalcino by bus/minivan. During the bus trip you will enjoy the landscape that will guide us to the countryside.
Once arrived you can choose among a range of three different options of activities:
about two-hours trekking trip to the medieval village of Montalcino where you can also visit local wine shops.
a bus/minivan trip to Montalcino and the surrounding villages such as Pienza, famous for its pecorino and Bagno Vignoni, famous for its thermal water.
Free time in Montalcino
Free time in Pienza and tasting the best gelato in town.
Later you can relax at a local winery enjoying a light lunch with wine tasting experience accompanied by authentic Tuscan products. The lunch menu includes a starter with cheese, salami and grilled vegetables and different types of bruschetta.
You will have the chance to experience five different types of wine: the wine is locally produced and you can also buy authentic wine bottles and take home the genuine flavor of Brunello and other types of wine.
